1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between the tk556 platform ("we", "our", "platform") and all its users ("you", "user", "player"). Accessing or using tk556's website, mobile version, or any other digital channel means you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply in English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall prevail. Along with reading these Terms, please also read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, as they form an integral part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use tk556's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You may only have one account in your name — multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You are not registered or excluded as a problem gambler by any recognised organisation.

tk556 reserves the right to verify age. If it is found that a user created an account while under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on tk556, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the balance. tk556 may request a government-issued ID for identity verification when required.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. tk556 is able to detect and close multiple accounts created from the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method.

3.3 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity on your account unless it is proven to have resulted from a security failure on our part.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk556 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These are the only recognised methods. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.)

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method)

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit

• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of tk556 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each player is eligible for one welcome bonus
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met
• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the tk556 platform
• tk556 may cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of fraudulent use
• Certain games or betting types may not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time — details are provided on the offer page

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets and games on tk556 are conducted fairly and transparently. Our platform ensures fair play and there is no possibility of manipulating the outcome of any bet. If a bet result cannot be determined due to a technical error, tk556 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on various international sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. A variety of markets are available for major tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20, and the ICC World Cup. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.

6.3 Casino Gaming

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk556, and violating these rules may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets or playing games using any bot, script, or automated software
• Bonus abuse or attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts
• Using the platform for the purpose of laundering money through an account
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Attempting to hack or technically manipulate the platform's software or gaming system
• Using match-fixing or other fraudulent betting strategies
• Operating an account using a third party's identity or funds
• Assisting or encouraging minors to use the platform

tk556 monitors all suspicious activity and reserves the right to report to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by tk556

tk556 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• The account appearing to belong to a user from a prohibited region

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

tk556 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues
• Loss caused by faults of third-party software or payment providers
• Account loss due to the user's own negligence or error
• Consequences of violating laws related to online gaming in the user's jurisdiction

If an erroneous payment is made due to a technical error, tk556 reserves the right to recover that amount. Our platform uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures, however it is not possible to guarantee the complete elimination of the risk of cyber attacks.
